Just before the pandemic shook the world in 2020, I stood at a career crossroads, yearning for change but unsure where to begin. That's when I plunged into the ESC Career Change Accelerator, conducting a thorough self-audit, exploring my motivations, and honing a solution-focused mindset.

I had a profound realisation that my enthusiasm was working with people and teams so I started my journey to go freelance.  Throughout my career, I've found joy in supporting, developing, and sometimes "nudging" individuals and teams towards growth and development. I find purpose in building teams, enhancing operational performance, and bringing order to chaotic situations have been recurring themes. After all, we spend a significant portion of our lives at work, why not make it a pleasant and fulfilling place? Engaging in difficult conversations, solving problems, evolving, and sharing a laugh—these are the ingredients for a thriving workplace.
